The Mairead Farrell Ladies Gaelic Football Club raised a substantial sum towards their trip to San Francisco this summer to defend their national championship title. And they did it playing an entirely different sport–golf.

Local musical luminaries will be on stage at the Irish Center this weekend to help raise money for the Philadelphia Ceili Group’s annual festival. The Inspirational Irish Women Awards will be presented on Sunday at the Center. And there’s so much more, you’ll just have to read all about it.
