It started with fiddler Tony DeMarco in the Fireside Room and the Bog Wanderers in the ballroom. Here's the video.

This audacious little release from the Scots fiddler (he's from Oban, in the West) won't be everyone's cup of tea, but it's well worth a listen for anyone open to hearing what a traditional instrument can do when let off its leash.
